Shortly after we receive your trip design fee, you will receive the initial itinerary and cost estimate for your trip. From here, we will work with you to fine-tune the itinerary to your liking.

If you would like to move forward with planning your trip with IACE Travel, we ask for a trip design fee before we begin crafting the initial itinerary and cost estimate for your trip.

In order to start booking the services specified in your itinerary, IACE Travel will request a non-refundable deposit to begin the process of securing services.

As the departure date for your trip draws near, the final payment for the outstanding balance of your tour will be due.
